What's Holding You Back?
I've worked in the school setting, private practice and community mental health. I enjoy grounding myself in nature, including animals, water and plants. I also enjoy encouraging others to use grounding and mindfulness in their daily living. I enjoy making people laugh and offer a different perspective to life. We all have struggles in this world. We make excuses to not make the changes we need.
I help people identify what they want to get out of life. Then together, we make a map to get there. On our journey, I will compassionately confront and challenge you. I use humor to ease the discomfort of confrontation. I will cheer you on until you reach the destination.
